Lighthouse Church distributes hand warmers

On March 2, members of The Lighthouse Church of Chicagowhich is LGBT-inclusive and predominantly African-Americandistributed 1,000 pairs of hand warmers to CTA riders at the Wilson Red Line stop, 4620 N. Broadway.
The church did this to 1 ) celebrate four years of life-changing ministry, 2 ) bless the neighborhood of Uptown in which the church gathers for weekly worship at Uptown Underground, 4713 N. Broadway, and 3 ) inspire people to learn more about their community and to check out its Sunday morning worship services.
