Kim Petras, Chelsea Handler among performers at upcoming all-woman VERSA festival

Organizers of VERSA, a music + more festival produced by Four Leaf Productions, announced the talent line-up.
Tickets are on sale now for the inaugural event that will take place at Chicago's Lincoln Park South Fields on June 11-12. VERSA will be the biggest women-led and women-powered, multi-day lineup in more than two decades.
The festival will feature live music, inspirational speakers and comedy across five stagesproduced by and in celebration of women artists and creatives, with musical performances from established and emerging artists including Ellie Goulding, Kali Uchis, Kim Petras, Monica, Liz Phair, Mon Laferte, Chicago native Jamila Woods, Young M.A, Ingrid Andress, Yuna, Big Freedia, YENDRY, Laura Jane Grace, Salem Ilese, Deb Never, Madame Gandhi, Lila Ike, Adeline, Vagabon, Coco & Breezy, Lillie Mae, Tia Wood and more.
Comedians such as Chelsea Handler, Ilana Glazer, Fortune Feimster, Patti Harrison, Aida Rodriguez, Dulce Sloan, and Sydnee Washington will take the stage to perform standup, along with improv moments by The Second City ensemble. Festivalgoers will also experience the first-ever VERSA Balla celebration of drag and ballroom culture, hosted by ballroom historian Legendary Leggoh JohVera.
Speaker programming will be led by Dyllan McGee, an Emmywinning filmmaker and founder of MAKERS, a media and events platform that uses storytelling to advance the women's movement.
In addition, Top Chef judge, trained culinary expert and food writer Gail Simmons will curate the VERSA Chef lineup, highlighting female chefs from Chicago and across the country. Chefs will create unique menu items for the Festival that reflect their culinary style. A full list of participating chefs and restaurants to be announced soon.
