Gay men who are coaches now or who have a strong interest in becoming coaches should attend. Also invited are gay men who do similar heart-centered work — psychotherapists, counsellors, social workers, educators, clergy, consultants, non-profit organization leaders, sacred intimates — who wish to bring stronger coaching skills into their practices. You need not be a GCA member to attend.

About the Gay Coaches Alliance

The Gay Coaches Alliance formed in 2008 and has a three-part mission — to promote the field of coaching, especially for gay men to find a gay coach; to support individual gay coaches to develop and sustain successful practices; and, to form a global community to develop a greater presence of gay coaches in the world. The GCA provides its members with support and developmental offerings that include a monthly professional development and networking teleconference. The GCA's website www.thegaycoaches.com offers an active developmental forum for member coaches. Professional coaches who are members from throughout North America, Europe and Australia are listed in the GCA's growing online directory, which serves as a free resource for gay men who want to work with a professional coach who also is gay.
