Howard Brown Health has chosen Inland National Development Company, LLC to develop its newest healthcare center in Chicago's Northalsted neighborhood (formerly known as Boystown), according to REJournals.
There are plans to build a five-story, 71,000-square-foot healthcare center at 3501 N. Halsted St.the former site of Little Jim's Tavern. The medical facility will offer a full range of services, including medical and dental clinics, pharmacy, behavioral health, administrative offices and ground floor retail. Nearly 30 parking and bicycle spaces are also included in the plans.
Howard Brown was founded in 1974, and is now one of the nation's largest LGBTQ nonprofit healthcare organizations.
