Luxury cruising yachts Chicago's First Lady and Chicago's Little Lady and The Chicago Architecture Foundation (CAF) will offer the Rainbow Architecture River Cruise, a specially-priced version of the popular Chicago Architecture Foundation River Cruise.
The 90-minute cruise includes lively and interesting commentary by a trained CAF docent and highlights 53 historic and architecturally significant sites including: the Merchandise Mart, 333 W. Wacker, the Wrigley Building, the Tribune Tower, the Sears Tower, River City and Marina City and also a look into the lives of famous architects' lives and architecture firms such as Daniel Burnham, Graham Anderson Probst, Bertrand Goldberg, Mies van der Rohe, Helmut Jahn, Skidmore, Owens & Merrill and Kohn Pedersen Fox.
Throughout its 11 years, the CAF Architecture River Cruise has delighted many including celebrity guests Bette Midler, Cher and Paloma Picasso and visiting dignitaries including the President and First Lady of Lithuania, Democratic senators and former Illinois governors.

Mercury, Chicago's Skyline Cruiseline is off and running with its Canine Cruise, the only one of its kind in the country. Well-behaved and leashed canines of all shapes and sizes are welcome aboard with an adult companion to take the 90-minute river and lakefront cruise. Companions (and canines) can cruise in comfort knowing that there will be water bowls and one newspaper-lined restroom on board. Each Sunday at 10 a.m. through Sept. 26.
