FRIENDS: THE NEW LESBIAN NANNY (NBC, 7 - 7:40 p.m) In the last new episode, the guys on Friends were all hot for Ross and Rachel's new nanny Molly (Melissa George) ... but then Molly threw them for a loop by kissing her girlfriend Tabitha (Carly Thomas) when she came to pick her up at Ross's. E.R. (NBC, 9 p.m.) 'No Good Deed Goes Unpunished' Dr. Kovac (Goran Visnjic) intends to carry out a threat made to lesbian Dr. Kerry Weaver (Laura Innes), who also re-encounters a grateful alderman (Bruce Weitz) who returns bearing financial gifts.

'Quick, turn on the Weather Channel. Hell must have frozen over: Justin Timberlake's on the cover of VIBE!' — Michael Musto, The Village Voice. Michael also quotes comedian David Cross talking on VH1 about Justin's breakup with Britney: 'Britney's probably going, 'Look, I've gotta get as much cock as I can now when I'm young' ... and Justin's probably thinking the same exact thing ... .'

'Definitely not frequent. Actually, I'm not a huge fan of it. I mean, it is what is, a safe haven, there when you need it, and I don't feel guilty about it. But I always like to do everything at its best, and that just seems like settling, doesn't it?' — As with Britney on virginity, Justin on masturbation in Rolling Stone.
