Alexandra Billings, the popular Chicago performer who is also a transsexual lesbian living with HIV, guest stars as Lois Rogoff—and gets cuffed by Karen Sisco! (Carla Gugino of SPY KIDS fame).
In the episode, Karen is assigned to track down a fugitive accountant on the lam for murder and the theft of hundreds of thousands of dollars from his high-end fashion boss. Meanwhile, Marshall meets an attractive woman who wants him to investigate her husband's infidelity. The episode was written by novelist Peter Lefcourt (The Deal, The Dreyfuss Affair, Di and I).

An unwitting Erica told Bianca how relieved she is that her daughter will never have to know the pain of carrying her rapist's child to term—not knowing she is planning to have the baby. As Kendall was charged with attempted murder, Lena tried in vain to deliver an urgent message from Bianca. Meanwhile, Bianca related for Maggie how Kendall deliberately trashed her relationship with Erica in order to protect Bianca's secret.
IT'S ALL RELATIVE (ABC, 7:30 p.m.) 'Swangate' Philip and Simon initially oppose State Senatorial candidate Charlie Carson's plans to tear down an historical theatre, while homophobic Mace supports the politician's plan to build a hotel in its place. But Mace begins to question his support when he learns that Carson supports gay marriage—which causes Philip and Simon to change their minds and support him.
A MINUTE WITH STAN HOOPER (Fox, 7:30 p.m.) 'The Hustler' Stan (Norm McDonald) is labeled a pool hustler after he beats the backwoods married gay diner owners Pete and Lou in a match.
