Sir Elton John is saying that he has been helping rapper Eminem fight his drug addiction for more than a year, according to Advocate.com .

John befriended Eminem after they performed together at the 2001 Grammy Awards. John added that he was more than happy to help, given his own past as a recovered addict.

Singer Nhojj ( pronounced "Naj" ) recently made history when he became the first gay African American to win an OUTMusic Award, according to a press release. The Alliance of LGBT Recording Artists & Performers voted Nhojj's ballad "Love" as 2009's Outstanding R&B/Soul Song of the Year. The OUTMusic Awards were held Dec. 8 in New York City.

Toxicology tests and an autopsy finding are pending regarding the death of Casey Johnson, 30, the heiress to the Johnson & Johnson business empire, according to the Los Angeles Times. Johnson, the fiancee of reality-TV star Tila Tequila and daughter of New York Jets owner Woody Johnson, was pronounced dead Jan. 4 at her home in the Beverly Grove area of Los Angeles. Tequila stated on her Twitter page, "Everyone please pray 4 my Wifey Casey Johnson. She has passed away. Thank u for all ur love and support." Others, including Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan, have also made statements about Casey.

OUT magazine has named the 100 greatest, gayest albums—by asking 100 celebrities ( such as Boy George, Nate Berkus, Ferron, JD Samson and Rufus Wainwright ) to each name their 10 favorites. The Smiths, Tracy Chapman, Indigo Girls and Judy at Carnegie Hall were ranked two through five, respectively. Who came out on top? Sicilian model Loredana Jolie Ferriolo—who reportedly was among golfer Tiger Woods' mistresses—is planning on writing a book claiming she saw the athlete having sex with other men, according to Pink News. Ferriolo has supposedly been trying to sell her story for $1 million. RadarOnline.com said the book would graphically demonstrate Woods' "healthy appetite for arranged sex, threesomes, girls next door, girl-girl, and an answer to all the rumours surrounding Woods' sexuality."

ABC, the network that cancelled singer Adam Lambert's scheduled performances after his same-sex kiss at the American Music Awards, has aired the first-ever gay sex scene on daytime TV, QueerSighted.com reported. On the soap One Life to Live, the network showed an on-screen scene with characters Oliver ( played by Scott Evans ) and Kyle ( Brett Claywell ) in bed. Evans is gay in real life, having been outed recently by his brother, actor Chris Evans ( The Fantastic Four ) .

The hit show True Blood is about to become gayer, as the show will add Kevin Alejandro next season, On Top Magazine reported. Alejandro will portray Jesus Velasquez, an orderly who becomes involved with the flamboyant Lafayette Reynolds ( played by Nelsan Ellis ) . Alejandro is still on the TV show Southland, which features gay training officer Jon Cooper ( portrayed by Michael Cudlitz ) .

The HBO drama Big Love will examine the ex-gay movement in its fourth season, which began Jan. 10, according to Entertainment Weekly. Benjamin Koldyke will portray Dale Tomasson, a gay man going through reparative therapy to "pray away the gay." He will have an affair with closeted bad guy Alby Grant ( played by Matt Ross, who played a closet case in the film American Psycho ) .

Pop star Ke$ha will headline the line-up at the Dinah Shore Weekend, which will take place March 31-April 4 in Palm Springs, Calif., according to Advocate.com . ( Ke$ha, born Kesha Rose Sebert, currently has the country's number-one song, "Tik Tok," OUT reported. ) Paradiso Girls, a Pussycat Dolls-like group, and Lolene will also perform. Girlbar Dinah Shore Week, the other Dinah event, has not yet announced its line-up.

Jillian Michaels, the tough coach on the show Biggest Loser, told Ladies' Home Journal that she is open to having a good relationship with a man or woman, according to Advocate.com . Michaels said, "Let's just say I believe in healthy love. If I fall in love with a woman, that's awesome. If I fall in love with a man, that's awesome."

Angelina Jolie was recently ditched as spokeswoman of the clothing line St. John—because she's too famous, according to E! Online. St. John CEO Glenn McMahon told WWD, " [ Jolie ] overshadowed the brand. We wanted to make a clean break from actresses and steer away from blondes and cleanse the palette." Now, the fashion house has hired red-headed model Karen Elson.

Lady Gaga has been named a creative director and inventor of specialty products for Polaroid, Design-Training.com reported. The 23-year-old singer—whose real name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, according to Wikipedia—told Parade magazine, We won't be selling cameras with my face on them. I'm working on bringing the instant film camera back as part of the future." Polaroid has said that new products from the "Haus of Gaga" will be available later this year.

Lesbian comedian/actress/talk-show host Wanda Sykes has suffered a broken foot, according to TheInsider.com . One of Sykes' representatives said that Sykes sustained the injury Jan. 7 during production; however, the weekly talk show still ran, as scheduled.

Australian singer Dannii Minogue—the sister of gay fave Kylie Minogue—is pregnant with her first child, according to ContactMusic.com . Dannii, who is a judge on Simon Cowell's British talent show The X Factor, is reportedly expecting a baby this summer with rugby player boyfriend Kris Smith. Dannii, 38, recently was the focus of controversy because of comments she said on the show to a contestant who the media speculated was bisexual; however, the judge did publicly apologize, according to Wikipedia.
