Joe Fish, 445 N. Dearborn St., has been reconceived as Joe Fish Italian. The "Joe" in "Joe Fish Italian"Rosebud Corporate Chef Joe Farinasaid in a press release that "what's different now is that we will be serving modern yet rustic Italian dishes" along with seafood. New additions to the menu include chicken parmesan "pizza" with house-made giardiniera and chili honey, and prime meatballs a la Joseph ( a Rosebud favorite ) offered in four different preparations. ENO Wine Room, 505 N. Michigan Ave., has partnered with wineries around the world to create two private custom-label wines, exclusively available for purchase at ENO locations in Chicago, San Francisco and Washington, D.C. The wines are Chateau de Rougerie AC Bordeaux Superiore ( France; merlot ) and Maipo Valley Red Blend ( Chile; 60% Carmenere, 30% Syrah and 10% Malbec ). A third, 2013 City Winery Cab Franc Blend ( United States ), is available in Chicago.
