"Otter Chaos comes from the slang term for slim, hairy gays: Otter. I used this term to create a pun on the phrase "utter chaos" since I'm hairy and unpredictable."

PRONOUNS

They/them

FIRST DRAG PERFORMANCE

"My first time in gender-fluid drag was when I was 15 and I went to school for Halloween as a Club Kid. I didn't perform in drag until Pride 2011; Otter was born in 2014, when I decided to take my drag back to the gender fluidity that first inspired me."

DRAG INSPIRATION

"Seeing Party Monster when I was in high school— I knew that I wanted to be as fabulous as them. Nowadays, I draw inspiration from everywhere: Pop culture; art; horror; cosplay; or even just looking at an object and seeing its potential as a costume piece. I love playing with gender expression, finding ways to be both and neither."

GO-TO NUMBER TO SLAY A CROWD

"If I want to grab an audience's attention I strap on the pointe shoes ( I'm a classically trained ballet dancer ) and do 'Shatter Me' by Lindsey Sterling."

FUN FACT

"I've performed in a ballet production of the Nutcracker every winter since I was 5 years old."

WHERE CAN WE CATCH YOU

"Jackhammer as a cast member in Babes in Boyland, where you can catch me with Monica Beverly Hillz, Lila Star, rotating hosts Dida Ritz and Mikki Miraj, and special guests every Thursday night around 1 am.
