Replay Lincoln Park ( 2833 N. Sheffield Ave.; ReplayLincolnPark.com ) is all about one thing: fun.
More like the Replay in Boystown than the restaurant-oriented one in Andersonville, Replay Lincoln Park ( the original of the three ) is all about gamesand some drinking.
Of course, Replay Lincoln Park has an incredible selection of classic arcade games and pinball machines, with just a few including X-Men, Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man, The Simpsons, Donkey Kong, Dig Dug, Tetris, Space Invaders, Paperboy ( which, for some reason, I hadn't heard of ), Mortal Kombat, NBA Jam and Star Trek Voyager.
Wonderfully, all the games are free. However, there is always one game that requires money to playand all the money goes toward charity. During March, all proceeds from the Ghostbusters pinball machine will be matched and donated to RefugeeOne.
However ( believe it or not ), there are other games as well: Wednesdays feature Psycho Bingo while there's human foosball monthly (on Saturdays).
As for those drinks, Replay Lincoln Park has craft beer and cocktails. Regarding the latter, the Violet Crime ( Stoli Blueberry, Angostura bitters, fresh lemon juice, homemade blueberry syrup, blueberry Red Bull ice cube and a housemade five-spice cinnamon sugar rim ) is especially delicious. There's also a nice selection of craft beers and constant specials ( like $3 Rolling Rock and Lemon Drops, $5 Cosmos, $2 well drinks, $1 Cold Spell shots on Throwback Thursday ).
Note: Restaurant/bar profiles are based on invitations arranged from restaurants and/or firms.
