Zealous, 419 W. Superior St., will end its run of almost two decades New Year's Eve, according to the Chicago Tribune. "It is with a heavy heart," chef Michael Taus emailed, "that I announce Zealous Restaurant has decided not to [sign] a new lease which would increase [rent] three-fold."
