At Mohegan Sun Arena on Sept. 4, the Chicago Sky defeated the Connecticut Sun 76-72 to take a two-to-one lead in their best-of-five series.
Candace Parker (16 points and 11 rebounds) recorded her 27th career playoff double-double, tying her with Tamika Catchings for No. 1 all-time. However, the Sun were their own worst enemy: The team's 17 turnovers set a new season playoff high.
The Sky will stay in Uncasville, Connecticut, for Game 4 of the WNBA semifinals. Game 4 is on Tuesday, Sept. 6, at 7 p.m. CT/8 p.m. ET.
The Sky swept the Sun four games to none in regular-season play. Game 5, if necessary, will be in Chicago for a win-or-go-home game for a ticket to the 2022 WNBA finals.
