The teaser trailer for the Vince Vaughn movie The Dilemma has been cut, according to MTV.com . In the trailer, Vince Vaughn's character says, "Electric cars are gay." After many people, including Anderson Cooper and Ellen DeGeneres, objected to the sentence, Universal Pictures issued a statement saying, "The teaser trailer for 'The Dilemma' was not intended to cause anyone discomfort. In light of growing claims that the introduction to the trailer is insensitive, it is being replaced." However, Pink News reported that Vaughn insists that the gay joke stay because censorship is bad for comedy.

The Parents Television Council, a conservative group, has condemned the recent Britney Spears-themed episode of Glee because of its "explicit sexual content," according to the Daily Mail. The organization criticized everything from the selection of the singer herself—who the council doesn't think is a proper role model—to the supposed "endorsement of narcotics abuse, public masturbation and school-sanctioned burlesque." Former Beyonce back-up dancer Heather Morris, who portrays a character named Brittany on the show, did most of the dance moves the council criticized.

British singer George Michael has been released from jail after serving 28 days for getting into a car accident while under the influence of cannabis, according to the Daily Mail. Michael, 47, was met by partner Kenny Goss, who had told reporters that he and Michael were going out to dinner—but plans apparently changed when Goss left and Michael decided to stay inside his London home. Michael is now barred from driving for five years and has to pay a fine.

Despite his sometimes anti-gay past, rapper Eminem insists he is not homophobic. The musician, 37, told Anderson Cooper on 60 Minutes that "I don't have any problem with nobody, you know what I mean," according to the Daily Mail. Eminem added that he thought that he has constantly been criticized because he's a white rapper: " [ T ] here are certain rappers that do and say the same thing that I'm saying and you don't hear anyone saying anything about that. I didn't just invent saying offensive things."

Film/TV actress Joan Collins is criticizing the supposed lack of glamour in Hollywood, according to the Daily Mail. The Dynasty star, 77, said that the age of classic beauty is over, only citing Angelina Jolie as a star of today who compares favorably with those of yesteryear. Regarding Jennifer Aniston, Collins said that the Friends actress "is cute, but I wouldn't call her beautiful. She's no Ava [ Gardner ] or Lana [ Turner ] ."

Out singer Adam Lambert agreed to comply with restrictions on gay-related material in his upcoming concert in Malaysia, according to Advocate.com . The Pan Malaysian Islamic Party objected to Lambert's Oct. 14 show at the Putra Indoor Stadium in Bukit Jalil, saying that he promotes a culture that is "not good for people in our country." Lambert said that his "main goal is to keep people entertained—not to make them uncomfortable."

In Details magazine, singer Gavin Rossdale has addressed the rumors that he had a relationship with now-reclusive cross-dressing singer Marilyn. Rossdale—who is now married to Gwen Stefani—confirmed that such a relationship did exist, saying, "When you're 17, Jesus Christ. I don't think there's anything strange about any form of; you're learning about life. It's a part of growing up." Rossdale added that it was a "one-time experimentation."

Perez Hilton appeared on Ellen DeGeneres' talk show to announce that he's done bullying celebrities, Advocate.com reported. Fans of the out Internet columnist—whose items often skewer celebrities—labelled him a hypocrite while he brought attention to bullying and Dan Savage's "It Gets Better" campaign. Hilton told OUT magazine that he won't out celebrities; however, he does not regret posting nude images of gay Oscar-winning screenwriter Dustin Lance Black.

The new film Jackass 3D recently screened in Los Angeles, Calif., at the gay leather bar The Eagle, according to Advocate.com . Knoxville, clad in a leather vest, said that the nightspot is his favorite leather bar, and added that he was at the venue with "some very hungry bears." Another Jackass regular, Steve-O, recently told Vanity Fair, "We always thought it was funny to force a heterosexual MTV generation to deal with all of our thongs and homoerotic humor."

Singer and gay fave Christina Aguilera has officially filed for divorce from husband Jordan Bratman, People.com reported. Just days earlier, she can confirmed the couple's separation. Aguilera, 29, cited "irreconcilable differences" and has asked for joint physical and legal custody of son Max. Aguilera's movie Burlesque, co-starring Cher, is slated to come out next month.

Katy Perry and bisexual rapper Nicki Minaj will be part of the TV show VH1 Divas Salute the Troops, according to Hitflix.com . This will be the first time the Divas event will be connected with the military. The show, which will run Sunday, Dec. 5, will air from the Marine Corps Air Station Miramar in San Diego, Calif. Other acts slated to perform include Sugarland, Keri Hilson and Paramore ( the last act singing at a military base in the Middle East ) .

Out actor Neil Patrick Harris will make his directorial film debut with the romantic comedy Aaron and Sarah, according to Advocate.com . The film, starring Emma Roberts and Josh Hutcherson, centers on a nerdy guy and a popular girl who become friends and watch their relationship evolve. Harris has directed episodes of the CBS comedy How I Met Your Mother, in which he plays womanizer Barney Stinson.

Openly gay theater and TV actor Cheyenne Jackson and longtime partner Monte Lapka took their relationship a step further this summer, according to the British website Orange. Jackson had been with Lapka, a physicist, for more than a decade, and they decided to register as domestic partners. Jackson told OUT magazine, "I just thought, 'Let's just make this as legal as we can.' It was with a bunch of Russian mail-order brides, literally. And it was hilarious and it was romantic, just he and me, our little secret."

Singer/actress Liza Minnelli has cancelled seven shows due to a bout with bronchial pneumonia. In a statement, Minnelli said, "Performing live is my passion and I'm greatly disappointed that I will not be able to continue my tour. I do not want to let down my fans as my loyalty to them has always been of prime importance in my life. I will be back on stage on November 20." The cancelled concerts are Oct. 22 in Appleton, Wis.; Oct. 29 in Joliet, Ill.; Oct. 30 in Indianapolis, Ind.; Nov. 7 in Boston, Mass.; Nov. 12 in Memphis, Tenn.; and Nov. 13 in Nashville, Tenn.

Former Survivor winner Richard Hatch ( who's openly gay ) , entertainer LaToya Jackson and personality/attorney Star Jones are among the 16 contestants on the upcoming season of The Celebrity Apprentice, according to TVLatest.com . Other competitors include actress Lisa Rinna, singer/actor Meat Loaf, '70s icon David Cassidy, singer Dionne Warwick, rapper Lil Jon, actress Marlee Matlin and actor Gary Busey.

Rosie O'Donnell has voiced her support for The View co-hosts Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg after they left an interview with Bill O'Reilly Oct. 14, according to Newser.com . On her radio show, O'Donnell asked, "Why would you book him?" and a member of her guest panel said that O'Reilly "incited hatred." However, O'Donnell reportedly criticized Barbara Walters, who publicly admonished Behar and Goldberg as well as O'Reilly.
