||COVID Center on Halsted holding testing clinic and issuing vaccines April 30-May 2 [UPDATE]

Center on Halsted, 3656 N. Halsted St.in partnership with Northshore Clinical Labswill host a COVID testing clinic on its third floor on Friday, April 30-Sunday, May, 2, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. The venue will also administer Moderna vaccines during those days and times.
This event is registration-only and open to the public/community members. Testing is free and people are urged to bring their IDs. The results will be made available immediately, with a follow-up email of the PCR result within 24 hours.
Participants who register and take a test or get a vaccine will each receive a $5 Target gift card.
