The Aldo Castillo Gallery is organizing one of the most important exhibitions of the year 'Luis Fernando Uribe, A Retrospective—Works from 1993-2004' scheduled to open on Friday, Dec. 10, 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. The retrospective is in celebration of Luis Fernando Uribe's significant contribution to the art world. This marks 11 years of the artist's representation by the Aldo Castillo Gallery. Luis Fernando Uribe's work is now part of mainstream private and major museum collections including the permanent collection of the De Young Museum in San Francisco. The MoLaa, Museum of Latin American Art, Long Beach, Calif., has also has contributed to his exposure with works donated to the Museum.
