Adrian 'Pebbles' Perez survived a near-fatal shooting during a robbery attempt that took her friend Buretta Williams's life in 1999. Pebbles never gave up on the system, attending each trial for the three men accused in the attack. The final man was convicted in Cook County. Pebbles speaks about survival, and fighting back.
