Days before the Super Bowl, "A Night of Pride with GLAAD and the NFL" will take place Thursday, Feb. 10, in Inglewood, California.
Alyssa Milano, Karamo, Manny MUA, Isis King, Ronen Rubinstein, Jonathan Bennett and Jaymes Vaughan, August Getty, Braunwyn Windham-Burke, Victoria Brito, Anthony Bowens, LZ Granderson, Asiahn, Jai Rodriguez, Trixie Mattel, Bob the Drag Queen, and GLAAD President/CEO Sarah Kate Ellis are among the people expected at the event.
"A Night of Pride with GLAAD" is an evening of music, cocktails and interview-style conversations with GLAAD, NFL friends and partners to spotlight advances in and the future of LGBTQ inclusion in professional sports as well as the NFL's commitment to LGBTQ former and current players. The event will also feature a special live performance by Big Freedia.
Sponsored by Pepsi Stronger Together, the evening will feature panel discussions on the power of visibility and representation; the power and the promise of the next generation of NFL active players; and how professional sports can drive LGBTQ acceptance forward today and help combat discrimination against LGBTQ people, including amateur and student-athletes.
