The Chicago Bulls (28-15) ended their four-game losing streak with a sorely needed 117-104 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers (27-19) on Jan. 19 at the United Center.
DeMar DeRozan and Nikola Vucevic combined for 54 points, with DeRozan nabbing 30 and Vucevic adding 24, along with 12 rebounds. Former Bull Lauri Markkanen led the Cavaliers with 28 points.
Zach LaVine (sore left knee) and Lonzo Ball (bruised left knee) missed their third straight game and will not travel to Milwaukee, Orlando and Oklahoma City, coach Billy Donovan said, according to ESPN.com .
Alex Caruso scored nine points over 22:55 in his first appearance in a month. Also, the Bulls turned 15 turnovers by the Cavaliers into 24 points.
The Bulls will next take on the defending NBA champion Milwaukee Bucks on Friday, Jan. 21 at the United Center.
