It's no 'Twist of Fate‚ that vocal powerhouse Taylor Dayne continues her support of LGBT issues by headlining a benefit for The AIDS Memorial Quilt Chicago chapter. The Celebration of Life: Remember Their Names Gala will take place at Resolution Digital Studios Friday, Nov. 11. The great Dayne has just reissued her 1998 album Naked without You with three live songs as bonus tracks. A remix collection came out earlier this year, Dance Diva: Remixes and Rarities. This set includes dance versions of her favorites like 'I'll Be Your Shelter' and 'Tell it to My Heart' plus the hard-to-find gems 'Willpower' and 'Original Sin,' which is a collaboration with Jim Steinman ( Meatloaf, Bonnie Tyler, Celine Dion ) from the Shadow soundtrack.

This fall Seal will seem to be virtually everywhere even without new material on the shelves. After welcoming a baby boy with new wife Heidi Klum this September, the 'Love's Divine' singer makes a cameo in an Intel commercial. As the prerequisite new track on her upcoming greatest-hits collection, Alanis Morissette covers Seal's smash hit 'Crazy' and according to popbitch.com Madonna samples Seal's 'Future Love Paradise' on her song 'Future Lovers' from her highly anticipated new album Confessions on the Dancefloor.

During the first season of American Idol Kelly Clarkson was voted the winner, while finalist Jim Verraros may have had less spotlight, but he just released his second single 'You're Getting Crazy ( Estas Enloqueciendo ) ' from his album Rollercoaster on Koch Records. While the singer is as cute as a button with a tough image, Jim is also an Out Music Award winner and appeared in the acclaimed independent film Eating Out. It's a relief to know some of the Idol kids can act.

In support of her sophomore album To Whom It May Concern, Lisa Marie Presley is embarking in a tour to promote the set. Presley's version of 'Dirty Laundry' was the set's feature single and used in commercials for Desperate Housewives. While the former Mrs. Michael Jackson looks hot in black, she favors Pink, pairing with the 'Just Like a Pill' singer on 'Shine.' The King's daughter is slated to perform at the House of Blues Nov. 22.

The latest pop diva to market a perfume is Marilyn Manson per his interview with Women's Wear Daily. While the gothic icon is still finalizing the details, he remains hopeful that his scent will be out early next year with a possible cosmetics line to follow. The once controversial king of shock has taken a favorable turn into acting, having lost himself in his roles in films like Jawbreaker and Party Monster.

The late Peggy Lee is saluted on Bette Midler Sings the Peggy Lee Songbook. After regrouping with Barry Manilow for her tribute album to Rosemary Clooney, Bette returns in fine form here with Barry as the musical director. Sultry sass keeps the temperature rising on the opener 'Fever' and Disney should listen up on 'He's a Tramp' from Lady and the Tramp. Manilow even chimes in with Bette on the duet 'I Love Being Here with You.' Sure, both Madonna and Sinead O'Connor have done takes of Lee's classics, but Midler's personality and versatility prove to be the 'wind beneath her wings' here.

Some say she has a voice like butter—Barbra Streisand's 'Night of My Life' is racing up the dance charts. The disco-flavored cut is from her latest Guilty Pleasures, reuniting with Barry Gibb of the Bee-Gees. The pair also reissued a remastered version of their 1980 hit album Guilty. LaBarbra is about to release The Television Specials on DVD just in time for the holiday market. This five-disc set has them all: My Name is Barbra, Color Me Barbra, and Belle of 14th Street, Barbra Streisand: Happening in Central Park, and Barbra Streisand ... And Other Musical Instruments. Even though it's not election year, Mrs. Brolin has been enjoying the spotlight following the success of her recent blockbuster movie Meet the Fockers.

Missing the old Bjork? Experimental singers Imogen Heap and Cass offer a fresh breath amidst the media onslaught of pop stars. Imogen Heap should be a recognizable name, she recently has opened for Rachel Yamagato. After 2002's side project Frou Frou's debut Details, contributing on LHB's song 'Coming Up for Air' and appearing on the O.C. soundtracks, the brunette Brit returns with Speak for Yourself on RCA Victor, her follow-up to 1998's I Megaphone. Recruiting Rollo as a producer was the fit Cass needed to complete her debut Come Here. The young singer nearly scrapped her album, feeling too removed from the project, but Dido's older brother understood the 'Out of My Reach' singer's intentions. Cass's debut single 'Touch Me' soared to the top of the charts overseas, but with a window of four years, she is able to make a proper debut without compromise.
