See what happens when Jewish prisoners interred at Auschwitz concentration camp in 1942 try to perform a comedy based upon the Dreyfus Affair in Jake Rosenberg's Holocaust drama Muse of Fire. As the play goes on, dark secrets emerge and many questions arise about comedy in the face of horror. The Hairy Ape, Oracle Theatre, through March 12. Eugene O'Neill's 1922 expressionist drama about the American underclass has been explosively reinvented and choreographed by director Monty Cole. It's a don't-miss show. JA
